Great Tool But Needs Some Tutorial Videos

I like that it allows me as an agent/rep access all of my customers' information in order not only allow us contact them but also get their consent before making any changes or moving forward! It's very easy once you've logged into your own dashboard - just click where they tell yo uto do so!! There are several different things i dislike about this tool; 1) there isn't anywhere near enough training available (2 days would be fine!). 2). As stated above we don"t have time at work nor should…

Convenient way to keep track / record progress

I was able use it in conjunction of my sales team's CRMs/SalesForce App - which can be clunky at times! It does sync up perfectly well though once you get used too how everything works together (especially as we are using two different platforms). Sometimes when there isn't enough room between fields or if our screens aren’t aligned properly they don;' t always pick things over correctly but that only happens occasionally so not really an issue yet other than time wasted getting around them :)…
