Great pan for the kitchen and dining room
The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the handles are NOT heat resistant. You'll definitely need to use oven mitts to handle it once it's heated. However, the surface is nice and smooth, the heat is even, and it cleans up really well with just plain soap and water. Also, don't stick anything to the surface (but don't use metal utensils or it will definitely get scratched). The lip is good - my other skillet didn't have one and there was some spillage. So everything stays in the pan and not on the stove. Highly recommended.
