
My other half is a sous chef and his working knives are usually if the pretty expensive kind, and he has been known to make his own too. Any knife that passes his test is in my opinion a good knife - and he loves this one! It’s gorgeous, well made, easy to use, and also cuts properly (obviously the most important part). He uses this at work and has had some compliments about it too - so I would say this is a really decent knife, at a good price, and can be used in a professional setting with no problem.
