PITA for installation is good for zip ties and anchors

It was a pain @$$ to install. The anchors don't slide out of the plates easily, which is what you have to do to install them. Half of the screws didn't go into the pre-drilled holes. I broke 3 screws trying to drill through the holes (you'll need to use a drill as a regular screwdriver won't work). Your installation took a lot longer than it should have.
