An outstanding software designed especially

The platform is very easy to use, has an intuitive interface that allows you to manage all aspects of sales activities in real time without any problems.The support team gives excellent service. We have been able to integrate with our CRM solution (Salesforce) allowing us to create pipelines for each client. This integration was made possible thanks to their technical staff who were always available at every stage until we got everything working perfectly.The tool provides useful reports which help improve performance management within my teams. I would like it be easier to see what percentage of tickets are closed or not yet open.It could also provide some type of feedback about how many emails sent daily by users.This will allow me as manager to evaluate whether there needs to be changes in order to increase effectiveness levels. It helps identify areas where improvement can take place so they work towards these targets during training sessions.
