I like that we can manage our callers in one place, as well as have access to reports for each department. We also love being able to use video conferencing between departments! There are some features that it would be really great if they added more options to. For example, you cannot see all of your contacts at once when using cTalk online; only 1-2 per page. Also, there is no way to search through past calls or transcripts. It's helpful to be able to view recent activity from customers/employees who called into the office.
