Review on 🔝 Enhanced Overall Height of Spring Loaded Swivel by Ken Ayo

Looks great weight and quality but unfortunately the wheel hardly rolls. It's on a pretty slick surface, but we end up having to lift the gate most of the way up and up, which completely defeats the purpose of spinning the wheel. Especially since I already have back problems and operations. We'll have to order a new one soon as this one just doesn't work.
