Review on Hoffen Marine Yacht and Pool 4 Step Telescoping Stainless Steel Ladder - Extendable with 900 lbs Capacity by Polo Acri

As with other reviewers the purpose of this purchase was to make it easier to get back on the boat after a swim. It was installed on a Boston Whaler Montauk 17 to replace a step that came with the boat. In order to clear the rear equipment, this ladder had to be installed a little farther than the previous one, but there was still plenty of platform space to bolt to. I used existing screws for the installation and am planning to replace them with new, longer screws and larger washers. I weigh almost 180 pounds and can stand on the floor on a ladder, hop hard and it feels very sturdy. If the workmanship and performance in the water don't let you down, I find this ladder well made and a very good solution for my needs.
