I like that it's easy to use and has many features. It is very customizable as well. I would love if there was an option to have multiple accounts linked so that we could track our competitors across different platforms. We are able to keep up with our competitors' pricing changes easily and quickly. As a customer service rep for a large insurance company, this tool helps me stay on top of my competition's price changes more effectively than manually searching through their websites or calling them myself.
