The wiring on one unit was reversed causing the lock to open the other way round. When I contacted customer service they didn't just send me the top to be returned. I had to send back the whole block that didn't fit me because I had a new key on the latch. So for me there is no cure. Now the device doesn't work at all, won't unlock or lock. Not even a year has passed. I bought 3 of these devices, the other 2 work perfectly. But due to the lack of customer service I'm giving them a 3/5 overall just because the other 2 units worked.
