2 of 3 Not surprising

The wiring on one unit was reversed causing the lock to open the other way round. When I contacted customer service they didn't just send me the top to be returned. I had to send back the whole block that didn't fit me because I had a new key on the latch. So for me there is no cure. Now the device doesn't work at all, won't unlock or lock. Not even a year has passed. I bought 3 of these devices, the other 2 work perfectly. But due to the lack of customer service I'm giving them a 3/5 overall…

Disappointed with what we paid so much money for.

Broke 1 year ago, I ordered it on 11/19/16 - installed about a week after receipt. A month ago, the handle of the outdoor unit came off. And it doesn't come back right. Disappointed with what we paid so much money for, didn't even last a year. The handle doesn't even turn to let us into our house. SO. We were locked in our house and had to break into our own house to get in. Now I have to get a new locking mechanism.

could be a great lock if the gate latch actually works. got a lock a while ago, just found time to install it

I bought this product together with two other Milock products. I installed the other two earlier, and just installed this one and found that the pass-through latch would not slip out. Why is that important you ask? to keep the door really closed. Now I need to figure out how to make a warranty claim to get a new door latch that works. I would have just taken the old one, but it was different on the inside and the fitting grip didn't fit. I think it could be a great castle. otherwise makes a…
