I like the soap dispenser in the kitchen. However, I didn't like the reload time. Everything is small so there can be air bubbles that allow the soap to spread all over the sink instead of in the bottle. I also couldn't see where the level was, so I either underfilled to prevent overfilling, resulting in frequent refilling, or it overflowed when overfilled. It goes under the sink and straight out of a large soap bottle. (half a gallon), so it goes on and on. Plus, no more spills! It was easy to install. The only problem is that the pressure is lower, probably due to the length of the tubing to the bottle. For me, this is a small problem that I prefer to spill. Maybe I could try moving the bottle to make it shorter, but I like it when it's at the back of the cupboard and out of the way. I've had it installed for a few months now and couldn't be happier. Good product!
