Don't know if other hose/valve systems are better but this one doesn't suck

But it's definitely SMART. It took about 400 clicks to "prime" the tube for refilling. It's not clear if I'll have to go back to him every time whether or not it works without extra preparation, but rest assured that if he needs that handshake every time he visits the sink, he'll go right back to Revain. Maybe wrong valve check? Edit: After a few days of use, the suction power seems to be holding up. Perhaps priming is inevitable, but pumping 400+ seems a bit extreme. Maybe provide some sort of

Will not work with built-in soap dispensers

Attach and set everything up. started downloading. Pump, pump, pump, pump pump. I probably pumped about 100 times and the soap was able to climb the first half of the hose from the weight to the check valve. Then he pulled up another maybe 6 or 8 inches before coming out. I decided to try the "suction" method to see if I could get the soap through the rest of the tube. I had to apply so much pressure that I'm surprised I didn't end up with a brain aneurysm. Anyway, as far as I can tell, after…

Adapts to existing pump wells

I was originally looking for pump and hose combos until I came across this converter. It went in easily and all I had to change was trim the tubing to fit my bottle. Since the tubing is longer than the old tubing, it will take a few puffs to start dosing. The non-return valve is a handy feature that allows you to keep the soap in the tube. To save space, I built a wire shelf to hold the bin up and out of the way so it doesn't take up valuable storage space under the sink. It works well and now…

No guesswork, no mess; No more spilled soap on the countertop!

What a wonderful thing. This works very well. We had a top refill soap dispenser and due to the lack of a visible bottle under the counter there was always speculation as to whether or not we should fill it with soap. And when we did, we usually ended up with too much soap and a big mess on the countertop. Now we have a giant soap bottle at the bottom of the counter under the sink and never have to wonder if it needs to be refilled. I agree with previous reviewers - the easiest and quickest way

Goodbye annoying plate fillers, hello convenience!

This product not only makes adding dishwashing liquid super convenient, it also makes it completely hassle-free. It only took 5 minutes to plug it in, place the bottle under the sink and pump until the soap comes out. I watched the soap move up the tube as I pumped it about 20 times until it reached the top. I used one of the two clamps that came with it to attach the hose to the cabinet as my large bottle of Dawn sits on top of the drawer. Lots of tubes to fully extend the drawer. (The company

No more refilling the bottle!

I like the soap dispenser in the kitchen. However, I didn't like the reload time. Everything is small so there can be air bubbles that allow the soap to spread all over the sink instead of in the bottle. I also couldn't see where the level was, so I either underfilled to prevent overfilling, resulting in frequent refilling, or it overflowed when overfilled. It goes under the sink and straight out of a large soap bottle. (half a gallon), so it goes on and on. Plus, no more spills! It was easy to

Why did not I think of this! One less hassle in the house!

The hardest part of the implementation had nothing to do with the product. I knew I had to clean all of the dried soap from the inside of the mount which was already attached to the sink (where the pump goes through, used an old test tube brush) and from where the tube enters the bottom of the pump. . The latter is especially important since you don't want a soapy compound that can eventually cause the hose to pop out or make a huge mess. After that it was pretty darn easy to put together but…

It worked very well. No more filling a small bottle

While the dishwasher dispenser lifts out of the bottle so you can pour soap in, it's not always an easy task. Sometimes every drop hits the plastic bottle attached to the dispenser, sometimes it drips onto the counter around the dispenser, sometimes it drips out of the dispenser tube onto the counter and you have the picture. Then there are moments when you have a lot of dishes to wash, you're tired, you want to go to bed and there's no more soap in the dispenser - where did I put that bottle…
