I have had a plotter for over three years. They worked great. I draw layouts myself. I cut mostly paper. Not all types are good for cutting. Great for fine details. Depending on the paper, it can generally cut out superfine. The mat and knife last a long time. I ate the sticky layer with special means. Very good support service, promptly respond, explain in detail, competent specialists. There was a replacement for the train, they sent everything free of charge and in the shortest possible time - they changed it at home themselves. I am happy with my purchase and have never regretted it.
