The customer support team is amazing! They are always willing to help you out with any issues that arise or questions about your account. I have never had an issue where they did not work quickly for me when needed. We used them as our Voicemail provider but we also use their hosted phone system which works great too! Their services were very affordable compared to others in this space so it was easy decision making process. If you want fast answers from friendly people who care then definitely look into using these guys! Honestly there isn't much to dislike at this point if anything i wish there could be more features available within key2ip's platform such as auto attendant etc. Our business has been able to expand by leaps and bounds since utilizing their service. It allows us to take calls directly through our website rather than having someone answer over the telephone line (which can cost money). This makes things easier.
