First of all, it's just plain cheap. put on the car. This pedal replaces both the button on the torch and the controls on the machine. So let's say you wanted to max out at 110. no You push this pedal to the maximum and it will operate at the maximum amperage your machine can handle. It's a bit of an issue for me because I haven't installed a custom breaker yet (that's what I wanted to do. That's another review). The switch I'm using keeps blowing at higher currents (even the whole house blows, so I'll probably have to fix that) so I have to keep my amps or timing low to avoid this. A pedal that doesn't help me keep it under a certain rating is another thing to think about. Finally, it actually modulates the amps as intended. So it serves its purpose. But the lowest setting will actually go backwards and give you a little boost at the beginning of the arc. Not sure if this is intentional. In general for the price. I don't think I like it very much. I am using Lotus Multiprocess. Maybe another car would be better.
