It took me a YouTube video and about an hour of fiddling to install it on my 2006 Honda Accord. The most time consuming part was removing and replacing the skin, which can probably be done with one of the cheap skin removal toolkits available on Amazon. I didn't install the supplied microphone or charging/auxiliary cables so I can't comment on them - I just plugged the splitter cable into the unit and into the bottom of the CD player. I haven't lost access to my CD. CD Player or Radio - The "CD/AUX" button on my dashboard now toggles between CD player and Bluetooth. Controlling my music app with the buttons for my radio also works, as advertised in the small brochure that comes with the device.
