Great piece of software - easy to use & worth every penny!

The most useful thing about this software it's that you can integrate with your CRM system which makes things much easier to manage all of our support tickets in one place! There isn't anything I dislike so far but if there was something then maybe integrating directly into Salesforce would be nice as well - not sure how feasible/easy those features are though (but worth looking at). This has been great when dealing with multiple customers who have similar problems or issues relating back from previous interactions / emails etc where we need some kind of reference point within an email thread between us & them regarding their issue. Allowing easy access via mobile devices means they don’t waste time going through different pages just because its quicker than typing out everything again manually each time like before!! Highly recommended especially considering other products tend towards being too expensive compared against what exactly offers? We used Slack previously however due to many staff members having differing workflows using slack.
