Don't waste your money on this product
So glad I tried these out before my trip. I was a mile from home in the shoes I took on vacation and it rubbed off, leaving a bigger blister than I started with. Bought drug store brand and they stayed on 3 days on vacation. ALSO could not return this defective product. Don't ruin your trip, walk, hike with this product.
