Review on TeleTracking Capacity Management Suite by Ron Josey

As I always have problems with patient tracking, this has been a great product to use! There are some issues with the tracking, but I am hopeful that they can be improved upon soon. Definitely looking forward to trying this product out again when there are updates! Tracking of patients in my facility. It's helped greatly to ensure they are safe and being cared for properly. The fact that it's easy to set up and use has made the initial process very easy. I like that it allows us to have the ability to log in from anywhere. It also works well for our nurses who work at home in addition to their day job. The interface could be improved and it would be nice if we had more options when it comes to scheduling staff. We are able to track everyone's status at all times. Since we are one of the few companies that has this capability, it makes our lives easier!
