It's very easy to use. I'm still learning all the features of this program but they're very helpful for my facility. The user interface is simple and straightforward. It's also very easy to learn. BedTracking is great for a facility like the VA. They have been great to work with and the reports are easy to create. I don't like that you cannot save report data, only a "template" to be used on other charts. It's great to get a real time view of patient status. Having all of the "housekeeping" reports integrated into the system helps to see trends in housekeeping efforts. So far, everything has worked well. I like how easy it's to use & navigate around for our team members - who are not tech savvy! Our nurse staffing has increased by 15%, which was an immediate goal of ours in bringing new staff onboard. We haven't noticed any benefits from having more nurses yet. At this point though we're just still learning about each other so that may change once implementation continues into full swing. It would be great if there were some additional features or integrations (i.e., electronic medical record).

As I always have problems with patient tracking, this has been a great product to use! There are some issues with the tracking, but I am hopeful that they can be improved upon soon.
