It's very easy to use. I'm still learning all the features of this program but they're very helpful for my facility. The user interface is simple and straightforward. It's also very easy to learn. It has helped me improve our patient care process and it has allowed us to be more efficient in our daily operations. There really isn't anything that I dislike about this product. It does what it should do and it does it well. We were able to get rid of the old system we used which was very outdated and difficult to navigate. Our nurses and staff are now able to manage their time much better than before.
