Easy-to Use Staff Scheduling System

I like how easy it's to use & navigate around for our team members - who are not tech savvy! Our nurse staffing has increased by 15%, which was an immediate goal of ours in bringing new staff onboard. We haven't noticed any benefits from having more nurses yet. At this point though we're just still learning about each other so that may change once implementation continues into full swing. It would be great if there were some additional features or integrations (i.e., electronic medical record). The biggest benefit currently is being able to communicate quickly through text messaging as well as via email within minutes instead of waiting hours/days before responding through phone calls. I like that it allows me to track my patients as well as their care team members. It also helps keep things organized in regards to what rooms are occupied or not. There isn't much that i dislike about this program but there could be more options for users who have different needs than those of us using it currently. We use this system to help maintain our quality assurance process and make sure we're doing everything right by our residents.
