I wish I knew Best Buy makes this junk.

I've had this Blu-ray player for a while and had the same problems as most others: crappy remote control etc but just today I had a problem streaming Netflix and had to call Insignia aka Best Customer Support. Wow I had 3 agents who blatantly lied to me and then walked in and found out that one of them is working from home even after she told me she is in the same building as the manager she is with spoke. If you buy this product, you will end up confronted with substandard and lazy lying customer service representatives wasting your time. It's no surprise that CS jobs are outsourced to other countries if you have that kind of experience.
