I like that the app can be used from anywhere if needed. The ability to use my own greetings instead of "Hi" and "Thank You" makes me feel more comfortable. It also allows me to save voicemails without needing to listen to them first. Sometimes messages are misdirected. There is no way to have the system tell me which messages were received when. If I'm using a headset or Bluetooth, sometimes it does not connect with my smartphone. I would like to ask questions about different features but don't know how to do so. It's great that we can communicate with clients while at work.
