Fits the same as the OEM inside grip. Installation isn't difficult, but here are a few tips: 1. Carefully drill through the plastic rivets to remove the handle, but do not drill out the entire rivet as it is larger than the actual panel hole. I used pliers and picks to fold over one side of the rivet and pry open to push it out. A Dremmel would probably make it easier, but I don't have one.2. The four screws provided go where the rivets were. I added super glue to the threads in and around this area to make sure it doesn't come loose.
