I'm new to bmw. This is actually my daughter's car but we never knew that this doorknob was a problem for her. This part feels a lot less "melting" than the original part, but still seems to melt. This is a matching replacement part, it fits like the original and doesn't look cheap. We will buy it again if it gets mangled like the original.

Great replacement for the door handle on these vehicles. Once installed, you really don't notice a difference. My only suggestion to the manufacturer is that the screw holes on the new handle should have a metal insert so the screw can be tightened without worrying about streaking the plastic. I haven't had any problems with this, just looking for a possible bug. Otherwise I have no complaints.

Bought because my 2009 328i grip was sticky and discolored. Bought the pen and separate cap from the same seller. It fits perfectly and looks great! I followed the instructions in the video. It took about 20 minutes to do everything. My only advice is to drill out the plastic plugs on the old handle. I tried using a cutter like in one of the videos and couldn't remove them. Drilling took a few seconds. I am very happy with the fit and the look. It looks like new again!

I was very pleased to see this product available. Since BMW essentially said "their thing" about the sticky door handle issue, I had to do SOMETHING about the issue. Enter the Jaronx product. The texture is firmer than the OEM, but that's not surprising considering it's a different (and non-sticky) material. I can't see any visual differences. It was quite a hassle to fit (my husband and I took 1 hour) but that's BMW's fault, not Jaronx's. The item fits well and looks great. We are very happy.

If you have kids and have had sticky hands like that, then you probably know people who put a little of this paste on their clothes or face. The most obnoxious and insulting thing is when you have to constantly tell people to "watch the doorknob”, "watch your clothes”. Now I have nothing to fear! A few useful YouTube videos and 20-30 minutes each and we were able to replace them all. Much cheaper than going to a salon or dealer! Save the money and use it for other things like new AC Schnitzer…

Fits the same as the OEM inside grip. Installation isn't difficult, but here are a few tips: 1. Carefully drill through the plastic rivets to remove the handle, but do not drill out the entire rivet as it is larger than the actual panel hole. I used pliers and picks to fold over one side of the rivet and pry open to push it out. A Dremmel would probably make it easier, but I don't have one.2.
