I like that you can log into your account online anytime for any questions or concerns regarding shipments! It is easy access when needed as well if there are delays it's helpful because i don't have time during normal business hours (usually 8-5)to check up front about my shipment which makes me feel more secure knowing its being handled properly by someone who knows what he/she doing!! If anything comes across negative please contact them so we could work together towards fixing issues instead just leaving bad reviews without communication would be unfair especially since this was an issue where customer service helped resolve our problem quickly & efficiently.
