The bag does not exist. This is an easy way to get handles on a bike box. If you're flying domestically with American Airlines from last year to now (January 2021), they charge for regular luggage for bikes under 120 inches HxWxD and under 50 pounds or approximately 22 kg. This bag is made from relatively strong nylon and is approximately 90 inches thick. I chose this bag because my plastic bike case loaded with my tricycle is much heavier than 50 and they charge for oversized items. This bag has no structure so I loaded it with a bike box. I had to cut it off at the top, but a bike box from a recently purchased beach cruiser made for a snug and slightly compressed fit. The box is fine. This bag is fine; However, they all work great with pool noodles. I've found this setup to be more economical when touring the country on my fixed gear or vintage roadies, but when I'm loading nicer bikes into my stable or when I'm flying overseas and I know I'm flying over 22kg . , I will choose a heavier and more durable bike box.
