This Saturn starter was the perfect replacement. My old starter would occasionally stall and crank the engine slowly like the battery was dead, but it was a good battery. I decided to change the starter motor to see if that was the problem and it hasn't given me any problems for two months. It took me over an hour to swap out the starter motor and had to run the Saturn's front wheels up car ramps to raise the front end enough to get under it. Two screws hold the starter in place, and one of them isn't visible at all, so you'll have to use your gut feeling and the right sockets and extensions. Wire connectors are easy to replace, but make sure the car battery is disconnected before doing this job. Unless you are a little mechanically savvy I would do this job in the garage otherwise you might not have a way to install a new starter if the old one fails.
