Review on 🔒 GM Genuine Parts 15883323 Front Driver Side Door Lock, Window & Mirror Switch Module by Brad Laverentz

The original driver's side window/door latch control was worn and several switches were broken off through use. I have these as a spare and they work great. No problems, no problems with connection and operation. It looks like it should be there and always has been. My only issue, and it's not part or manufacturer related, is that it's not easy to fit into these door panels. Door panels use a lot of plastic to hold them together: plastic that ages, crumbles, and is pulled into the doors into thin, spindle-shaped shapes that break easily. And good luck finding replacement panels that aren't broken or ready to break. I had to install this set by drilling holes and holding it in place with a screw as opposed to the original clips and latches in the plastic bracket. It still looks like it should be upstairs, but anyone who opens the door in the future will know it's not. ;-)
