I was skeptical about ordering this 'universal' nameplate part instead of the OEM but after looking at the pictures and reviews I decided to take a chance. Our Chevy Cruze had a leaking rocker cover gasket that caused oil to build up in the spark plug wells, which in turn fouled the spark plugs and ignition coil pack. This resulted in more than one cylinder failing. The price for a dealership replacement of the valve cover gasket alone was over $200, so we decided to do it ourselves after seeing that it was an easy fix that anyone with a little automotive knowledge and tools could do could do. It comes in a brown envelope. The part itself is a flexible blue silicone that fits snugly onto our valve cover. Following the instructions on YouTube, we easily removed the parts from the engine, removed the hard, caked and unusable original gasket, carefully installed a new gasket into the cover and voila - no more oil in the wells. We strongly recommend that if you find oil in the spark plug wells, that you first replace the rocker cover gasket, then replace the spark plugs and also replace the ignition coils if they are soaked in oil (like ours). The misfire codes were gone after we did all this and the best part is we saved a lot of money by doing it ourselves. We're not the most savvy people, but all we needed was a couple of manuals and the right tools, and the job was pretty easy to get done.
