Update: Support responded well. They replied within 24 hours. They asked for photos of the switch piece by piece, which is understandable. They quickly sent a new switch which was delivered in 2 days. The switch looks the same, I was very careful when installing it. Works as it should. Wiring harness was solid, good connections for a clean install. The reason for one star is a very, very cheap switch. It literally fell apart when installed on the dashboard.
