very easy to use for graters, parers and slicers
Grates and slices cheese. Rubs cabbage and carrots. Good to have in the kitchen. More comfortable on hands and wrists than a grater. Easy to assemble and appears to be well made to last. If the surface is clean and flat, the grater will stick to the counter. Dawn Platinum Laundry Detergent removes carrot stains better than bleach. I am very happy that I got this grater.
