If you have destructive cats, you may want to give this a pass

My cats explore everything with their mouths and their claws. This was not sturdy enough to withstand their curiosity. The felt scratching pad is glued to the plastic base but not well, it came away very easily when my cat pulled on it with his mouth. The brush is fine, but it doesn't have anything holding it only the base so comes out very easily. That said, if you have a senior or less destructive cat I'm sure this would be absolutely fine if you can get them to use it.

The arch pops off the base if a cat uses it. So now they won't use it.
