No more mandolins and spiralizers! I like this device. This really puts shame on some of the products I have that are disposable. It can be used for vegetables, cheese and even meat. It doesn't take up much space at all. I love that it not only comes with a finger guard to protect your fingers from the blades, but also a safety glove for added protection. The blades are very sharp so these extras are great. The blades cut vegetables so easily that I use this product more than my knives.
