Unfortunately, AXBXCX did not live up to my expectations, which were quite high for them. Although they have an excellent assortment of products, the quality of those products is not up to par. It is unacceptable at any price point for many goods to fall apart after only a few uses, as this happens to me very frequently. In addition to that, their customer service is below average. Getting a response from their customer support team was like pulling teeth whenever I had an issue with the company's products, including shipping delays and wrong purchases. It is disheartening to part with your hard-earned money to a firm that gives the impression that it does not care about its clientele. AXBXCX is not a band that I would suggest overall. Although they may have affordable rates and a broad variety of things to choose from, the quality of their goods and the assistance they provide to customers are not satisfactory in any way.
