Plastic bonded toe cap

Sock glued to plastic. No support in the sole. The only plus is the weight. The shoes have no heels. When running lightly on the treadmill, my foot kept slipping. They are not too big, my sock was right under my nose. I tried the insole as a precaution and while walking the whole shoe came off! Terrible shortcoming. One could have gotten name brand shoes for a comparable price but chose them because of the great (should be encouraged) reviews and next day delivery. Don't waste money

Pros

Air mesh upper for breathability and arch support. Let your feet breathe and feel comfortable wearing these everyday running shoes.
