Sock glued to plastic. No support in the sole. The only plus is the weight. The shoes have no heels. When running lightly on the treadmill, my foot kept slipping. I didn't want to pay more than $50 for a new pair of sneakers just for my feet to act as free billboards for luxury brand logos. Looks good. They fit well, although the heel slips a bit. They also run a bit small compared to other shoes of the same size. The loop at the back, which is supposed to make it easier to put on, is not big enough for men's fingers. I mean, I'm nowhere near the size of a Perry fridge, and I can't even put my pinky inside.
