Falls apart when removed

The starter I received has a terrible design. The plastic case can slide off immediately and then gets stuck in the socket. There are no clips on the Back of case to hold it In other versions I've seen the body wraps around the back with four tabs, I had to disassemble all the light to get it out because there's no way to grab it and to pull when the body falls off.
