Store bought wire cutters listed simply as "#0" and have no description, no specifications, nothing other than that they cost $1.95. I didn't think they would cost less than $2 and was pleasantly surprised to find that they were great pliers, especially for working with fine electronics or jewelry. They are precise and can cut perfectly with their thin tip. Use it on wire up to 20 gauge. They're much better than the Stanley counterpart listed as "Diagonal Cut" for $2.39, which doesn't cut anything because the edges are misaligned. Also, many of the other cutters listed here look the same as #0 and some even have the same rating on the handle (1.0mm max diameter) but are 2-3 times more expensive. I just bought 3 more before someone realized they made the mistake of selling them for $2 ($1.95 actually). So don't waste your money on "Diagonal Cut" but I recommend "#0" which I would buy even if it cost more than $1.95.
