Compared to several inverters of different sizes (power), all 24V

Summary: I have a small solar/photovoltaic system (880W panels), 24V, 165Ah (six batteries). I first ordered a 6000W inverter which turned out to be too big for this system. So I ordered this 2000W Voltworks, but the parasitic power consumption during the night was still too high, so I opted for an even lower 300W (to only power a 15W 120V AC load). I still use 2000w when charging my 56v ego batteries as this charger uses 550-600w. I also used a 300w rice cooker instead of 2000w. Remarks: The power button has a built-in fuse that you need to hold down for half a second before the inverter starts. This does not apply to shutdown. The consumption of the amplifier when connected and switched off is 90 mA. On, nothing connected - 420 mA. The declared DC input voltage matched the output of my MPPT controller (26.4V DC). The AC voltage was pretty close, the inverter reading 121 VAC and the power/energy meter reading 122.7 VAC. Construction: With DC cables, a good connection is important for efficiency and safety. Performing a pull test on the RED/BLACK wires showed that the power wires were properly crimped (the heat shrink was not cut to check if they were soldered). more efficient than a modified sine wave and also highly recommended for sensitive electronics. Your type of load, such as B. low-current or high-current devices, determines their size. If you have a high voltage tool like a chainsaw, you will need 3 to 7 times the size of the tool you need to do the job. 2) Check the DC cables for loose ferrules. Solder them for extra confidence. Pros: Good fit and finish; Starts computers and 55 inch TVs with no problems. Cons: Display on top is bright but no way to turn it off. Conductive knob is present for extra isolation protection. I have ordered several replacement buttons. Verdict: $350, 5-star rating.
