Convenient return/exchange process.

Used once and my dog put his paw right through the stitches and seams. My dog was urinating (seizure) and the urine leaked through the seat cover and out of the seat belt Velcro holes. Urine soaked all my brand new car seats. I've been cleaning and spraying deodorant for weeks and my new car still smells like urine. I sent the torn cap back and received a replacement with no questions asked. I haven't used a substitute so I can't say if it's better or not.
