This is a perfect match for my 2009 Dodge Ram. I found the gasket a bit flimsy, but it didn't leak, so I think it's fine. A few installation tips. Make sure the old panel filter gasket is out of the gear case before installing the new one. I installed the gasket first and then the filter, which allowed for a better and tighter fit on the filter. The other filter is simply screwed on like an oil filter. Remember to lubricate the round filter before fitting it onto the gasket by applying some oil to the rubber gasket. I used a small thin layer of RTV to help the gasket adhere to the pan and prevent it from falling or moving during installation. (just a thin layer no more). The torque for the bolts is only about 18 pounds, so don't exceed it or the gasket will be pushed out of position. I thought about replacing the pan with a drip pan, but maybe next time. That way you can empty it before changing the filter next time and won't make a mess. Be sure to clean both surfaces of the oil pan and transmission before installing a brake. Detergent sprayed on a towel not in a trance. Good luck, I hope this helps.
