Review on Dual-Sided Ultra Sharp Diamond Sharpening by Kevin Williams

This stone has been working great since I got it about 6 months ago. Many different types of blades have been revived with both sides of this stone. I am in the leather accessories business and a sharp blade is a must in everything I use. The last few days the results weren't that good and then I noticed that part of the diamond surface on the smooth side had come loose. You can see the shiny part in the picture where the surface has come off. I accidentally kept the packaging it came in. I noticed that not only is this a 100% satisfaction guarantee, but it also comes with a lifetime guarantee, which made me very happy. I came here to get an order number and went straight to their website because I couldn't find a place on amazon.com to easily contact the seller. I filled out an online form to email them 5 days ago and haven't heard back. This is the main reason for the 3 star rating and I feel it is generous to have this type of guarantee and the seller is unresponsive. He listened to the phone number to call and as much as I hate it I'm going to call them on Monday and see what I can do to get a replacement. Maybe I'll get lucky and hope the seller will honor their express warranty. I will revise this letter based on how the cellar responds to my call.
