Torchbeam experience was disappointing.

I recently bought automotive lighting items from Torchbeam, and I have to admit that my experience was disappointing. While their online store may provide a large selection of goods at affordable rates, the general caliber of their customer service was quite lacking. First of all, I had trouble navigating the website and finding the products I required. I had to wait a while to speak with customer service, and they were unhelpful in their answers. My products came later than I had anticipated, and I received no updates on the progress of my order, which left me disappointed with the speed of their delivery. I discovered the products' subpar quality when they did eventually appear. The accessories were not as long-lasting as I had hoped, and some of the bulbs were defective and did not function correctly. I encountered more delays and unhelpful answers when I tried to get in touch with customer service to ask for a refund. I wasn't particularly impressed with Torchbeam overall. Although their prices may be reasonable, the quality of their products and customer care left a bad impression. Anyone searching for dependable automotive lighting products and top-notch customer service should avoid Torchbeam, in my opinion.
