Same as picture but can't install

I said it's ok because it's like the picture but I can't install it without the adjust screw on the back like the original. Is there another with adjustment (1.5 inch) that I could use to install an intermediate cable? I figured I could install it as is. The picture was exactly what I received. So if I can order/pay for the correct OEM I will leave the wrong one ($14 only) and update the review.
