I was eager to try AMASSAN for my art and craft items as I frequently shop online. Unfortunately, I had a really unsatisfactory experience working with this organization. First of all, I had a hard time navigating their website and found the things I wanted later than I had anticipated. I was dissatisfied with the caliber of the things I received and the limited variety. To make matters worse, my products arrived broken due to poor packaging. I felt undervalued as a customer after contacting their customer support and receiving a disrespectful response. The absence of detail-oriented work by AMASSAN really irritated me. The poor quality of their goods and the indifferent customer service make it obvious that they don't put the needs of their consumers first. Overall, I wouldn't advise anyone in need of art and craft items to buy from AMASSAN. There are far better options online due to their small range, subpar goods, and disregard for the needs of the consumer. Avoid the frustration and look elsewhere for your creative requirements.
