Review on PLUSSEN by Douglas Irwin

I had great hopes for the PLUSSEN online store as an experienced user of industrial and scientific equipment. My time spent in stores was frustrating. The website's layout and checkout procedure were both frustrating. Their search bar was also useless to me while trying to locate certain items. No one from customer support got back to me when I emailed them. Plussent may sell nice items, but their website is a mess. I think they should put money into making their website easier to navigate and train their staff to respond faster to client inquiries.
