I bought this to put in my shot so that I would not have to keep getting out hoses to run air to different pieces of equipment. So, when this became available, I ordered it. Here is what I found:1. The feed hose for this is pretty short. Even with mounting this above my compressor, it was a real stretch to get it to connect. The length would be better if it was double what it currently has to safely reach a compressor. I would have to guess this was designed to connect to an air pipe that is close to the mounting location. Then it would work.2. I had expected to be able to have this unit move 180 degrees for my garage. That is not the case. It is more like 150 degrees due to the fit of the unit in the bracket. The bracket needed to be a little bit larger for it to work.3. The biggest issue that I found is that the catch mechanism does not work consistently. Sometimes you can pull out hose and it will lock in place. Other times it will not lock until you have pulled it out and let it back in a half dozen times. The mechanism makes some strange noises as you pull out the line as well.4. It should be noted that no mounting hardware comes with it or mounting template.I would not recommend this unit at this time.
